BUILD: Relatively humanoid. More muscle in the neck and less in the legs, proportionately.

FEATURES: Dull purple scales, absolutely massive tail, right forearm has been poorly severed halfway up and the scar tissue goes up to the biceps.
ATTIRE: Favors vests and tunics. Might be wearing shorts, might be Donald Ducking it. Will be wearing plated armor if he's specifically expecting a fight.
WEAPONS: Orion Airirang, a piece of sentient alien technology that does double duty as a prosthetic. Functionally, it is a magical crossbow that works by manifesting chunks of Iseul's blood into explosive bolts.
VOICE: Very deep and rumbly. Carries well in water.
